Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I sign in to Reactix? A: Reactix uses Sign in with Apple. Simply tap "Sign In" and authenticate using your Apple ID and Face ID/Touch ID.

Q: My experiment isn't loading. What should I do? A: Make sure you have a stable internet connection, then restart the app. If the issue persists, please email us.

Q: Can I redo an experiment? A: Yes! If you leave an experiment midway, you can pick up right where you left off. Once an experiment is completed, you can either tap "Re-evaluate" from your Lab Journal to redo it with the same setup, or start fresh by selecting the reaction again from the Experiments tab.

Q: How does the accuracy score work? A: Your accuracy score is calculated based on how closely your experiment steps match the correct procedure and expected observations.

Q: What is Quanta? A: Quanta is our built-in calculator tool for molarity, moles, dilutions, and unit conversions — accessible right from the home screen.

Q: How do I reset my progress? A: Currently, progress reset isn't available within the app. Please email us if you'd like assistance with this.
